NOTICE:  Waseca County has designated its website, www.co.waseca.mn.us, as the Official Publication for Transportation Projects as allowed by MN Statute 331A.12.  Waseca County will publish any transportation project for advertisements for bids on its website.

To become a registered plan holder, bidders must create an account at: https://connex.uccs.com. There is no cost to register or download the project documents. Project documents may be viewed at the County Highway Engineer's office located at 1495 5th Street SE, Waseca, MN 56093
